Thank You Bill Roche

I have come to the conclusion that there really are no words that would adequately express how well Alderman Roche has served the residents of this City but especially the residents of Ward 1 for the past 17 years.  I started a list - dedicated, hard working, open minded, effective, approachable - the list is long!   The bottom line is he pulled people together and he got things done!
